Thank you for all the well wishes extended to me since my recent quintuple bypass heart surgery! I appreciate the patience all of you have exercised as I struggle to get back into form and get your orders out to you. After only 3 weeks since surgery, my heart doctor has told me it is okay for me to get back on my presses! I've been warned to not burn through any fatigue which I will honor of course, but with this news I hope to get production back up to speed and get my bullets in your hands! Again, thank you for your patience and sticking with me!

These are component bullets for modern or vintage rifles chambered for the .38-55 caliber cartridge.  This is not loaded ammunition.  These are newly manufactured, hand-made, semi-jacketed, Bismuth core bullets with a 0.200" meplat (flat nose) that are perfect for tubular magazines of lever action rifles.  These bullets are made by highly compressing #9 bismuth shot until the shot forms a homogeneous core devoid of any airspace.  The light weight jacket fully supports this core all the way up to the 0.200" meplat.  The soft jacket and compressed core allow the bullet to obturate in similar fashion to lead core bullets yet deliver non-toxic terminal performance to meet tough State hunting regulations found in States such as California.  Do not expect the exact results you obtained with lead but these are still excellent bullets that will keep your .38-55 successfully hunting like it should.  The groove diameter of vintage firearms that chamber this cartridge vary widely so, like my regular lead bullets, I offer this bullet in six different diameters to custom fit the bullet to your firearm.  You will see remarkable improvement using the proper diameter bullets!  Don't know the proper diameter for your bore?  You need my simple to use slugging kit!  Indicated inventory is how many I can hand make in a month.  Expect delivery by the end of the month following the month purchased in.  When inventory is exhausted, back orders are taken and filled in the order they were received!
