Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but can certainly work out an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They should also must also shipped in the original packaging using the same shipper. A return label can be arranged.
I keep proof of purchase in my files. Only the original buyer can affect returns for refunds or exchanges. Returns will be sent directly to:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. I try to maintain perfect communications with my customers. If there is any issue with my products, I will be in contact until the issue is completely resolved to mutual satisfaction.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
I make bullets to make your firearms shoot the way they should. If that means exchanging bullets for different bullets, I will work with you until you get what works. I shouldn't have to say I will exchange damaged or defective items; of course I will! Communications between us is what makes all this work. Shipping

Unless I provide a paid return label, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. I ship US Postal Service Priority Mail, generally in small flat rate boxes. I expect you to return products in the same manner in which they were shipped for me to apply your shipping expenses to another order for my products.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
