All my products feature a 30-day warranty and are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Boxes to keep shipping as low as possible on such heavy products.  Upon delivery, if my products fail to meet your expectations I hope you will contact me directly to let me make things right.  You can always choose to return unused product for a refund.  I regret that shipping expenses cannot be refunded.  VETERANS: Send me a copy of your Honorable Discharge certificate or Veteran's ID Card to get a personalized discount code and get 5% off as my gratitude for your service to this country!  I want to make products that work for you!
